Returns must be made in writing directly to Head Office within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without HMP Enterprise's prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.
For any goods returned as ‘non-defective' there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer.

Warranty Policy: There is 90-day warranty on all DryPro cast covers, and a 1-year warranty on all DryPro PICC covers, prosthetic covers and ostomy covers. This is a Standard Manufacturer's Warranty that will ensure a free replacement for any products with defects in materials and workmanship. This DOES NOT include failure due to normal wear and tear or breakdowns due to environmental factors. Latex Rubber Garments should be washed in warm clean water with no soap or detergents. Carefully wipe off excess water with a soft towel and leave to dry flat.
